Fin Rot And Now Fungus

Three of my 6 corys have had fin rot for some time, I have tried melafix and pimafix before with not much effect. Now one has some fungus as well (not on the ragged fins) so I have put them in the hospital tank and treating again with pimafix but is there something else I should try at the same time or afterwards. They are four days into having pimafix and no difference yet even to the fungus. I have the temp at 28.

I always use interpet meds, and i use myxazin and i use melafix and pimafix as well.

Whats your water stats? stocking levels? Size of tank?

do you use them at the same time?
The stocking level is fine I think 6 cory sterbia, 4 harliquin rasboras and 2 hatchet fish in a 56 L tank I do a 20% water change once a week and the nitrate levels are usually fine, always lower than in my big tank.

When i used myxazin to treat for fungus, i used pimafix at the same time, fixed my problem really quick
