So i have room in my juwel 4 another sponge but what would be best to use cirax, nitrate, fine or course sponge?

need to build more of a bacterial colony? = cirax
want to throw away money? = nitrate
already got a fine sponge in there? = course

Probably course, the one that will contain bacteria. Of you want your water polished more use a fine one, nitratte is pretty useless, what is the cirax?

probably the better option, never know when spare mature media might come in handy, hospital tank etc.
