Filters... Which one?

Ive been lookin on ebay at different types of filters... i saw this filter but i thought i would ask about it on here before i bought it...
Magi-Flow Internal Filter
Has anyone used one of these before and are they any good?

Sorry never heard of that make, it's looks ok, but you don't no how good they are till you use them, aybe some other fishkeepers are familar with them.
