Does anyone know what the best brand of filter in?

I am specifically looking at the aquaculture, whisper, and marineland ones? I was told that marineland was the best buy i want some other opinions???

I'm not too crazy about the whisper series. I don't like the way they want you to throw away your biofilter every time you get cycled. In general there is no other place for filter media than the cartridge itself. The marineland does have a place for you to add media of your own choosing. I have never tried to use an aquaculture so I have no opinion about them. I have seen them in stores but was just never interested.
