Fighting The Ich And Ph Has Gone From 6.0 To 7.5. Should I Be Worried

Hey all! I have been fighting the ich for 3 weeks now and I have almost gotten rid of it. Gradually my Ph has gone from 6.0 to 7.5. Should I be worried? I also have nitrite at 1 and I forgot how to get rid of it. I have emerald catfish, Black neon tetras, and a bristlenose suckerfish. On a happy note my water has gone from 180+ ppm general hardness to 120. My Kh has also gone from 0 to around 120. I only have two cory catfish and one neon tetra but I will be upgrading from a 10 gallon to a 50 gallon soon and will be getting them schools.

You need to do imediate water change of atleast 60%
How long has the tank been set up?

around 7-8 months but we have had to do alot of weird things we wouldn't normally do and we have been doing a 25% water change every morning for the medicine. then again the medicine could affect the test results.
