Fighting fish

Hi,

My two red honey gouramis arn't getting on, they were purchased a few weeks ago and had been the best of friends up until a few days ago, now the bigger is chasing the smaller whenever he sees him, any ideas why?

do you know the sex of your gouramis?

gouramis can also be quite territorial....... what size tank do you have them in?

Gouramis are aggressive, though not overly. They might have gotten along befor because of the new surroundings, but they bully one another for territory.

How big is your tank? Any hiding places? Do you have another tank where you could put a bullied fish indefinitely?
