Whenever If I my two females together the larger on chases and harrasses the other. Will this eventually stop if i leave them be? Or should i keep them seperated? Is it normal ?

I'm fairly new here...but I think what you're saying is that you only have two female bettas. If that's the case, they probably won't stop chasing each other. Female bettas are aggressive like males, but can live together in greater numbers- that way they spread their aggression more evenly onto multiple fish instead of picking on just one. If you're wanting to have your females together, you should probably get a few more. Otherwise, I'd keep them apart so that little girl doesn't get hurt.

Ditto what constantine has said.
I would just keep them apart.
Unless you have a larger tank you can put them into w/ plenty of hiding places and where you could get a couple more females to even out aggression some... then just keep them apart. They'll be perfectly fine on their own :)

adding more female might be good,, i have two girl tanks both 10 gal, the top has all my small or very gental fish, 10 at the most but one is out for breeding,, hope to have fry soon, and they all seem to get along great,, its is strange though, one of the smallest females was sickly when i got her and my big fat vt female would actually help her to the surface when she was very tired, and no she is not a male trying to breed her its a girl she is just a big fat hog,, she is 4 times bigger than the small one, and they never seem to fight for food,, my bottom tank though,,they only tolerate each other any way i need to get ride of some fish,, i want to breed ct and mts i need to get ride of some vts mostly reds and blues i think 3 red and 3 blue.... anyway its like everythinh else, personality,, some are nice and some are not

yea i recently got two more females.. so now i have four of them in the tank together with lots of fake plants bunched up. they tend to hide within the plants. is four enough to properly spread aggression?

From what I've read it might not be enough, depending of course on the temperament of the fish. But see how it works out, if it looks like there's still too much chasing going on, get 2 more females and that should be enough. Btw, how big is the tank you have them in?

i have four females currently in a 10 gallon tank on my desk.. in my dorm room lol... i had 2 tell the printer 2 get lost cuz the fish were more important....lol.... but theyll hide within the plants and the cave that the largest one seems to enjoy and they occasionally chase each other.. different fish everytime of course.. never the same two fish chasing each others..

I have 4 and they get along just fine. Well.... not peaceful, but they don't nip at eachother lol. Mine just chase eachother, flare sometimes. They'll chase w/ their mouth open towards one another, but they've never nipped. *knock on wood*

I'd keep an eye on them for a little while. Just to make sure that none of the females are getting picked on too much, or that one is too aggressive, etc etc.
I'd say in a 10gal.. you could probably get away with getting 1 more girl, but if yours aren't overly aggressive then 4 should be ok.

yea.. mine act the same way that yours do.. they dont rip each others 2 shreads *knock on wood * lol... and they dont have a bad temperament for the most part, they are kind of mild....
