I noticed yesterday that my female betta has cloudy eyes..
So I did a water change and made the tank nice and clean.
Today they didnt seem any better - if anything they were worse, so I did another partical water change.
Is there anything I can use to treat her with? I read on some other sites that Melafix/Bettafix or aquarium salt works well to help cure cloudy eyes. Should I try these and put her in a hospital tank for treating her too?

Don't use Melafix/Bettafix
They contain oils which will damage the labyrinth organ of your betta, and believe it or not, the fish will drown.
Are there any other fish or inverts in the tank? Salt could be good if you have no real plants, if not you might want to use Mardel Maracyn.

Ok I wont use Melafix or Bettafix :)
She is in a tank with other fish so if I need to treat her with something seperating her might be a good idea?

Definatley, any strong antibacterial med will wipe out filter bacteria too.

Any of the fish medicines that are good for fungus are good to treat Cloudy eyes. Bettamax is great but will stain tank decorations green.
