after seeing aload of females in my LFS i thought i would do a planted sority, in your opinion is 30 litres enough for 4 females?

and if a betta is kept with cories (just one betta) are females just as equally aggressive as females?

That's about...6 gals .It's probably just about do-able...but I wouldn't to be honest. I've got 5 in a 12 gal and I don't think I'd add any more to that so I reckon 6 gals is pushing it really.

A single male would go well in there though.

I'm quite hooked on female bettas now I have them!

Well I have a couple of endlers in with mine with no trouble so I don't see any reason why not with regards to small tankmates. Females tend to do well in communities anyway.

I have a 29 gallon and have a few mollys platys and gold tetra in with the female bettas and random corys. the bettas and the other types of fish 100% ignore each other. well except for the first few days when the bettas kept eyeballing the corys and trying to figure out what they were. never hurt them, but the shocked looks on the bettas face were hilarious.
