Female Guppy With Red Swollen Rear

I have got up this morning to find four baby guppy fry in my tank. I've now got them in a hatchery tank with a small bit of a plant to let them hide.

I didn't know any of my three female guppies was pregnant to be honest, but now I have inspected one of them and she has a large swollen rear that is red in colour. She's also quite bloated, although I have just fed them so that will probably contribute to it.

What I'm wondering is the guppy in question was born mid-October and only released into the tank on Christmas Day. At what age can a Guppy get pregnant? Is my ~3 month old guppy likely to be pregnant?

Female guppies mature at about 3 months of age so it is quite possible.

She doesn't have a black spot at her rear, but the red swollen area does looks strange. Could this be a sign she's pregnant?

Spotting when my fish are pregnant is a skill I've not achieved yet.

Could you take a picture? From the description it could be several things from a sore, infection or prolapse.
