Tank size: 20 Gallons
pH: 7
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 5
tank temp: 80F
Fish Symptoms: My female red honey gourami hasn't been eating for almost a week. She's been less active as well and somewhat clumsy when swimming around the tank and sometimes bumping into the plants. I feed her tropical flakes, she usually swims to the front of the tank and is eager for me to feed her. Lately she has no interest and even when I drop the flakes in she doesn't bother to eat or go near the food. I tried buying a new batch of flakes and even tried hand feeding her but she shows no interest in the food. I tried using Melafix to see if it would improve her appetite but no luck. I had her for a year and half now, I originally had another male red honey gourami with her but he died of dropsy almost a year ago. I think she might be pregnant and has eggs.
