Female Golden Wonder Panchax With Diformity

I've got a pregnant female Goldan Wonder Panchax that is pregnant and full of eggs to lay. Her main deformed area is on her back. Her tail is on a 45% angle and her head is tilted to the side.

Can someone tell me if that is normal or if there is something wrong with her?

Sorry. My female panchax did not make it through wednesday night having died of a tumor. I am happy to say that I got my new female saturday and my male is very interested in her, because both of them were in the same tank together at Pet Wise, Cannon Hill.
