Female Fighter Question

hello there. I have considered buying a few female bettas, would they be happy in a tank with platys, peppered corys, pygmy corys, 2 apple snails

I'd avoid platies with bettas tbh as they can be nippy and generally annoying for them, even females. Other stock would be fine and who knows, the platies might be OK as well.

Only problem with bettas and peppered corys is that bettas like it warm (27C) and peppereds like it cool (24C).

if you've got a big enough tank, planted well,then shouldn't be an issue.

I'm starting to move away from 'betta conformity' these days, been trying and testing and finding certain things working out.

you say you have a 180ltr? Then i see no issue with a betta sorority with a platy, remember breaking line of sight with plants and have hiding places.

BethK, sorry I didnt say i had a 180L, I said 90L
so half the size you advised upon.lol sorry
i shall be rehoming the platy fry soon as they are almost an inch in size now. and have their sexual dimorphism evident too!!1 males are showing their gonadopodium off...lol funny!
anyways, hoping to take them to lfs this week, so the tank will have 4 peppered corys, 7 pygmy corys, and 2 apple snails
