Female Betta

Is it possible to keep female bettas in a tank containing Tiger barbs? I only have 4 tiger barbs in my tank just now but will be increasing this to 7/8. I know I don't stand a chance of a male in this tank.

I wouldnt risk it how big is your tank? you could divide off a 2 gal section and have a male betta?

Im not looking for a male, just female. My tank is 300l. Currently cycling another filter so I can get a 2nd tank up and running soon.

Ok well they'd probably be best in your other tank then, a group of 5 or more

okay, I really should have planned out the 300l before putting the barbs in, but they are one of those fish that just look great in a tank.
