Like i've mentioned before, not a diehard betta person.
But i'm considering it....

She is stunning.....

I think she's a split crown tail. I'm no expert, but that's my guess. :shifty:

She seemed more mature than the other betta at the LFS and as far as i can tell with my limited Betta knowledge was already gravid.
Leading me to believe she may have been a breeder fish considered past her breeding best by the supplier...
Poor girl.
I'd love to get a male and seperate tank to see if i could breed her, but girlfriend quite sensibly says no.
I'd happily spend all my money on fish if it wasn't for my better half.
Cheers for quick reply and suggestion!

She is a DT (double tail) no CT in her as far as I can see, nice girl.

What a cross-dressing fish?
No flaring or bubble nesting and appears to be gravid so i'm thinking female  cheers for your replies.

Cheers guys, for the compliments on behalf of my fish and for the I.D. on the behalf of myself
:good:

Thanks very much Biulu :good:
Hey if you've got the money i'm always up for a trip to Mexico :p , got to say i'd love to go, its on my dream destinations list....
Also is there a non-offensive mexican slang word for rain, i've got a daughter due in :shout: 5 weeks, and i like the name rain, but not in english. Best i've got is Ame (acute accent on the e) which is the phonetic pronounciation of the Japanese for rain, apparently.....

Rain in Spanish is lluvia (pronounce: juwea), but maybe the zapotec word for water is better: inda. I'll be coming to the UK next week for about 2 weeks. Going to be in Chelmsford (?) close to London to participate in the biggest UK event for this year: Centenary Scouting Jamboree. Get to practice my English a bit more!
