Wow, after a good week of buying fish supplies for my new 90 gal tank I'm working on I'm broke maybe 20 bucks to my name.
I just happened this week to get good deal after good deal and I figured I should at least share since my friends think I'm crazy to be so happy over equipment
So far...
Aqua Clear 500 $35 (all prices are in canadian dollars )
Cascade $20
13 watt uv sterlizer $30
Aqua Clear 300 free with tank
Power Head Filter free with tank
90 gal tank with stand and a ton of extras (includeing expensive decorations that are really not to my taste) $200

so together with the monthly bus pass for next month I'm as poor as a university student and happy as a clam.

Yep i'm afraid to say this is the slippery road from now on, every fish shop you come across you will have to go in and 90% of the time you come out with something fishy. Whether it be new plants, decorations, food or Fish...... Lol

OR

Another tank for all them MTS suffers!!! :D

I'm broke too

Next you be getting a TFK mag or PFK mag etc..... just to get more information about new species coming into our wonderful hobby!!!

Lol I'm not new to MTS this is my sixth tank it just so happens I ran into so many deal this week I'm amazed.

My local aquatic socity it trying to convience me to do a subscription through them. There is by no end to the amount that can be spent in this hobby I'm just happy that I don't do salt water fish because that alone would seal my wallet forever.

Actually my local fish store now posts all new arrivals and stores deal online so all I have to do is check my forum to know weither I'll be coming in that day. Plus he makes it so easy to spend money as he now takes special orders online. Anything your heart desires can be yours for the right price. ;)
