Right so have my Hikari pellets on the way, have frozen bloodworm and have peas, what is the best ratio on feeding?

Once a day a good feed, or two halved feedings, morning and night?

Plan to feed peas on Sundays and bloodworm one or two days during the week, possibly saturdays day of rest of food. Good setup?

Good plan, yeah. Sounds right to me. Would only do bloodworms once a week personally, about 4 or 5 of them that day instead of pellets. Pea on the one day you don't feed them other food, to clear them out Pellets the other 5 days, around 5-6 once a day. I find this easier myself, less to remember
