Well at least we finally have a use for it cause no matter what its called its not fit for human consumption.

i don't know, if you grate it very fine it makes decent muffins, can't taste it but still get all that nutrition.

Being a diabetic this stuff is one of the things they really want me to eat. Do you have a recipe for the muffins? you can PM me.
