Feeding Termites To Our Fish ?

Is it all right to feed termites as live food to your fish?
I chucked a couple in there the other day , and the fish loved them!
I have penguin tetra, swordtails, fire-belly chilid and a few others?

where you getting the termites?

from the field opposite my house, pretty sure nobody has poisened them.

as a rule, i don't think it's a good idear to intentionally bring a pest that eats houses into a house.. but hey, who am I to judge..

If your fish like it, and you has no issue with it, then ahh....

Termites are generally the type of insects that people don't like. I'd suggest asking your neighbors if they've done any exterminating before feeding, just to be sure. Physically, though, it's fine.
