I have a 30 gallon freshwater tank, it contains 5 barbs, 1 pictus catfish and a Black-Banded Leporinus. i just recently added a blue mystery snail(apple snail), how and what do i feed the snail and how can i be sure the others wont eat his food?, appreciate any response.

I replied already, but it got deleted magically by magic Elves doing magic.

Cucumber with plant weights or pleco wafers were what I used to feed mine. Don't throw in Big Macs, no matter how hungry they are. Don't even JOKE about it. Simply suggesting suggesting such a thing apparantly makes your posts get magically deleted my Magic Elves doing magic (they must be bored, maybe they ran out of shoes to repair)... Even if you are joking...

But, yeah... Pleco wafers or plant-type stuff for them to munch on like par boiled green veggies (zuccini, broccoli) etc. Sure there's a thread on here about it somewhere that I saw... I'll see if I can find it...

I know that this wasn't the question you asked, but you know the Leporinus will get to a foot long and need a 75 gallon tank, right?

It could also eat your snail as it gets larger.
