Feeding Rams

I got my first pair of Blue Rams a week a go, and they are excellent. They are young and therefore still colouring up, but they a personality which is great to watch.

Alway, I just fed the fish blood worm and wondered what other things I could feed them, particularly the Rams. They take flake, catfish tablets and blood worn, but what else? What do you feed your Rams?

I feed my Bolivian Rams dried pellet food, mosquito larvea and brineshrimp as well as bloodworm.
