I feel like a right fool asking this but i dont no so im going to !!!

Right i no your only supposed to feed your fish a tiny ammount but how many times a day ?

At the moment im just feeding them once but is this enough ??

This strongly depends on what fish you have.
Large predatory fish do better with about 2-3 large feeds a week.

I'm going to assume you have smaller community fish. You should
probably feed them 2-3 times a day and as much as they will eat in
5 minutes. It has been proved that most fish benefit from little and
often feeds as this repilcates as it would be in the wild, where they may
be in a constant search for food. The old fashioned method was to feed them
once every 2-3 days.

Also try to vary their diet with other foods, supplememt with frozen foods like
bloodworm and add the occasionally treat such as live brine shrimp. Some
fish can be slightly herbivorous, like mollies, these should be fed some blanched
lettuce at occasions.
