Feeding Microworms To Older Fry

Occasionally, i run out of newly hatched brine. However, i have loads of microworms which my 6 and 10 week old babies seem to enjoy.

Is this ok to continue feeding MW's...i appreciate there's a lot of nutrition in BBS but what about MWs ?

Not sure about nutritional value in MW but at 5 weeks old I'm still giving it to mine especially if the BBS fails. They really seem to enjoy it and it's all gone in no time. I think it's good to vary their food sometimes and I would imagine it's better to have the MW than nothing.
