I no these questions get asked alot but i just wana be sure im feeding the best diet i have 2 Labidochromis caeruleus about 1 half inches long at the min im just feeding them tetra tropical flake im just letting it sink not letting it float as they dont seem to get it while its floating. Anyway i was wondering what i should feed them as there everyday diet as i read they dont have a lot of veg in there diet

also things like prawn krill brineshrimp how often should i feed things like this ?

what would they eat everyday in there natural environment ?

I just want my fish to have bright healthy colours and be happy : )

Thank you

You should get them some Nori( dried seaweed) or some Sprinula flakes, or some kind of Sprinula food. Then you don't need to feed veggies. But other than that, you should be fine. But you will need more labs than that. Like 2 more atleast. What size tank, and what else is in it?
