Feeding In A New Tank (read)

i have just put fish in a 290L tank. how often should i feed them?

small amounts twice a day and only what they eat in about 2.5 mins

thanks, is there any guideline to the amount of flakes. i really need to get this right because ive transferred some of my oldestfish from my old tank to my new one. i really dont want new tank syndrome.

Did you cycle or clone the new tank?

Hi Captain obvious

Unless you fed your fish so much food that some remained uneaten, please continue to feed them the same way you always did.

That being said, did you cycle the tank first or move your old filter with the beneficial bacteria into the new tank? Or, are you going to do a cycle with fish?

havent cloned the tank but ive added beneficial bacteria products to the water.
