Feeding Fish

I stocked my 75 gallon, minus a few fish I will add soon, this weekend. This is the largest tank that I have ever had and I want to make sure that I don't starve anyone so how do you make sure they all get their fair share. I have:

6 zebra danios (who are piglets when it's feeding time)
4 silver hatchets
4 platys
3 silver dollars
3 dwarf gouramis
3 corys
3 rubber-lipped plecos

I am definitely getting food down to the corys, and the silver dollars are helping them out. It is the platys and the gouramis that are shy when it comes to jumping in and getting their share. Just as they are about to get some food a danio swims down or a silver dollar moves in and takes the food. The powder blue gourami is so relaxed he came right up to my hand but as soon as I let the food go other fish swooped in and the gourami made a run for it. Anything I can do to make sure they eat okay? As I've had a small tank for quite awhile now, I can't remember how much to give a larger crew though as I said above I've never had this large a tank. I do not want to overfeed either so what is the best way to avoid that.

isn't that the truth lol, i have 5 and i can't keep up with them when its feeding time, just try spreading the food around the tank so the fish aren't cramped when their eating, i just start with flakes to get the top dwellers eating then i drop in some sinking food for my bottom feeders
