Feeding Confusion

so i have just a quick question....i have a couple balloon and dalmatian mollys, danios, and bettas (not all in the same tank ). im feeding all the fish every second day. is this okay? i have heard that it is okay and ive heard to feed everyday but skip one day per week. which is correct? so many conflicting ideas out there

it really doesn't matter, everyone has their own rules and opinions, every other day is fine =D

except for tiger barbs... i over feed them all the time not purposely of course
