Feeding cichlids

I am new to owning cichlids and I am wondering how often do they need feeding I have got a few. Thanks in advance

Baby fish should be fed 3-5 times each day.

Adult fish that are being prepared for breeding or that are breeding should be fed 3-5 times per day.

Adult fish that are not being used for breeding should be fed once a day.

I always say feed your fish at tea time. 2-3 hours before the lights go out. Keep them hungry during the day as they will stay more active and will spend there time looking for scrapes of food. I Agree with Collin_T
