I was wondering if this is possible with Mbuna? I know mostly people refer to lettuce and/or spinach in terms of leafy vegetables, just wondered about cauliflower leaves?

thanks

You could try, don't see that it could hurt them. Let me know if they like it cause I'll have to try it with mine.

there not exactly going wild for it, the yellow labs are having the odd nibble, but i did put x3 bits of courgette in at the same time and its obvious they prioritising the courgette

I boiled x3 quite large chunks of courgette for 3-4 mins (someone on another thread suggested this) it seems to have made it even more appealing than usual.

well the Malawi polished off all the leaves, still not sure if its an acceptable food for them, cant find much on the internet, plenty about lettuce, but not cauliflower leaves.
