Me and me better half had a discussion about the theory of me over feeding me Guppies.
She thinks I'm over feeding them.
I feed them twice a day, first thing about 5am then again when I get home on average about 6pm. On top of that after the Sunday water change I give them some defrosted Daphnia.
What I do is get a pinch of flakes about the size of me little finger nail, crush it up and sprinkle on the water. The current in the water washes it around the tank as it sinks.
What do members do when measuring out flakes for there Guppies?
