Feeder Guppies??????

I have been having problems in my tanks with a lot of fish deaths. I was wondering if it was safe to try and raise a few feeder guppies? I wouldn't feed them
to other fish, but just try to breed them and keep them alive . Also, is it possible for feeder guppies to give birth to reguler fancy guppies or breed to fancy guppies ?

Um, what did the other fish die of?

Uncontrolable fish TB. I caught it too late and all of the fish caught it. Only two survived. I treated it with bleach and rinsed very well(lol, fish and bleach don't mix )!
