I bought some live blackworms and I rinsed them about 5 times when I brought them home yesterday, but I didn't put them in the refridgerator, so many of them died. I rinsed them out again today a few times. My friend told me it was ok to feed dead blackworms to my fish, so I put quite a large amount of them in both of my tanks. Now I'm reading online that it is a really bad idea. What should I do?! Panic??? I feel stupid and I should've researched it first... I fed my parrotfish dead tubifex a week ago and he's fine, but my synodontis just ate a TON of dead blackworms. Is there any hope for my fish? :(

They'll probably be fine; in any case there's not much you can do about it now, anyway...
