Should my eels feed on some minnows that i catch in a creek or some guppies that i get from my sister's teacher that over populated her tank, or should i just stick with feeding them blood worms and flake food? I have been doing this for about 3 months and are doing just fine, but do you have any other ideas? And also, will this help them at all in the long run or not?

If your fish are taking bloodworms and flake then there is no need to change what is already a good diet.Feeders are not a good source of nutrients and should only be used as a last resort for predatory fish tht will not take any other food,a pinch of flake contains more of the essential nutrients your fish needs to grow than 10 small feeders.
