Fat Fish

Ok I think one of my fish ate a rock is there any thing I can do? he has a big bulg on him like he ate alot but it has been there for 3 or 4 days and it was not there before. The fish has still been eatting but it will not go away

A little more about my tank
I tested my water and it is fine
I do water changes about every 2 weeks and I did the last one about a week ago
Tank size 140 gallon
tank mates 2 severums, 1 firemouth,1 royal pleco,bichir, and 1 pim pictus (cat fish)
New fish the pike that is having the problem I got him about a week ago if not less and he did not have this when I got him
I have the larger size pea gravel all of the fish are small still the largest fish is the severum and he is about 3 inches they dont seem to be acting weird he just has that bulg on the one side

maybe its pregnant have a look behind the ribs

If the fish looks blown up all there is to do is an epson salt bath.
Also turning temp up helps fish to pass things.
