uh i gave my betta a pea to clean him out but should i excersize him i know i should feed him for the next couple of days until it cleans himself out. but should i give him some mardel just in case its a parsite?

No, don't give him anything for parasites. You should never medicate unless you know exactly what the problem is and what you should use to treat it. If he's that bloated just fast him for a week, giving him some boiled and deshelled pea every two or three days; or until he's returned to normal size. If this doesn't work, or he begins to show some other signs of a parasite or some other infection (such as dropsy) then consider medication. Good luck.
