USA,
well one of my first every cat fish died today. She got stuck in a plant last night and I let her out of it, but she must have been there for a while. It was stresful, and she died. Its a very sad loss, as I was planning on getting her some friends and new plants. Now one of my other corries, who was friends with her from when I got her, is depressed. Just mopping around. I want to get her a new friend, but there are no panda/adolfi mixs any were. The store that sold them has been out for 2 months.

:rip: Polly

Sorry for your loss.

Get some other cories, they'll still school.

Right now I have 1 panda, 1 emerald, and 1 paletus (sp?) in one of my tanks, and all 3 hang out.

sorry

my fish has beed traped b4 and they've made it. my barb of stick in between the tank and a nutrafin CO2 defuser don't have a clue wot it was breathing but i don't think it was air. the CO2 sys was modified to fit a co2 tank so thank god it survived.

not sure why ur catfish dyed but i don't think it was the plants. and ur fine to get other types of catfish in there.

how exactly was it trapped in the plants? Most of mine usually sleep on them or burry under them. It might have been somthing else in the end...

it was trapped on its side, stomach facing the glass. And its dorsal fin was all ripped up. And the plant is very pointy and rough. Nothing that shed swim in. So I removed it.

And the thing thats weird is that, she never swam to the top. It was usually the other ones.
