Faint Red Sort Of Colour Apearing On Female Guppy Tale Tip

I can see a faint red colour on the bottom edge of its tail. it gave birth 4 days ago so its slim. I checked the water paremeters and its okay:

ammonia: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
nitrate: 10ppm
