Eye Spot

ello all

i have a Q about a tomato clownfish

i have under 1 of its eyes it has a spot but its not white spot maybe its the skin around is rasied but the fish is orange with a sliver line over its head so i cant tel if the spot has a colour to it iv tryed to get a pic but cant get a close up 1 fast enough without it swimming off

any info would be good i know it could be anything

How big is this spot? Is it the only mark on the fish?
