External Filters

Hi,

In my 22g tank i have just the standard filter, powerhead and 100W heater which all came with it, i was just wondering whether to upgrade to an external filter. Would this be any better or not or is the tank too small for the need of an external filter. I could just do with abit of advice as i have never had one before and not really looked into it.

if you can get hold of one an Eheim classic 2211 would be ideal for that tank, however they stopped making them in 2000.
the smallest they now do is the classic 2213 which would be over kill on that tank, but you can never have too much filtration.
