If it's your first order with them zooplus.co.uk - cheapest price on the net and 10% off your first order. Comes with all you need.

You can see what it's like here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/james_mk_gree...57619846630811/

As for maintenance you switch it off at the plug, swing the locking lever to 'off', press the big red button and lift the hose connector off. Put the filter itself in a bucket to catch any drips as this happens. The top section contains the pump so it's good and heavy, and the entire section clip-seals on. The rest is the bucket containing plastic baskets of media. The instruction booklet comes with decent English and plenty of diagrams.

When you first get it connected you'll need to begin a syphoning action. To do this press the large button behind the pipe connector down as far as it goes repeatedly really quickly and everything will rush through. It took a while before I realised I wasn't pressing it down far enough or quickly enough.

I'll let someone that's bought one recently recommend a dealer for them. Maintenance should be easy, there is a working self-primer on the ProIII's. Also, if you have two you could probibly go about 6 months between fitler cleans :good: There is a lot more media to clean, but that is only more time, not really more tricky at all

I had a fluval 205 leaked after about 5 days,

now got a tetratec ex 1200, very quiet after running in,
great turnover tank really clear, i will not buy fluval again

The zooplus.co.uk seems to be ok, they are cheaper on certain items but a lot more expensive on others.

For example the fluval FX5 is £239 from zooplus but only £140 from warehouse-aquatics, nearly £100 difference

Yeah, I only ordered the Eheim from them. That's not to say only Eheims are cheaper on their site - their ornaments appear cheap and far larger than the stuff on ebay.
