Exercising A Female Betta

is regular exercise recommended for a female betta? i heard that you should exercise males with a mirror, but i don't know about females.

if exercise should be done, how often should i do it and how would i go about doing it?

You can't use the mirror method to exercise females they don't react to it the same way.

You just need a large tank and a few other girls and they will ensure that they exercise by chasing each other

I thought the mirror was bad on male bettas because it would stress them out.

You only use it for short periods of time, mine get a minute once or twice a week, got too many boys and tanks to do this every day.
