Yes, loaches eat snails.

The trumpet snails don't eat plants, they're a fish-keepers friend and part of the cleanup crew.

Don't feet trumpet snails to puffers. the shells are to hard and can break the puffer's teeth. Feed them ramshorn snails instead. Your LFS will give them to you for free.

With MTS, it's not always food for loaches.

Some people's loaches eat MTS, others don't, personally my late loach didn't eat MTS.

The thing is their shells are too hard and some loaches don't bother rolling the snails over to get to the soft bit, that being said, some do.
