Make sure your table salt is pure table salt. Most table salts (atleast in the US) have iodine and a non-caking agent added to them, so you don't want to use them with your fish
 
I use Saxa Cooking Salt with my fish. It has pure salt and an anti-caking agent but I have never had problems. :dunno:

I think the problem is, as Wilder said, that the meds are removing the oxygen. Get an airstone or bubblerod, or adjust the output tube of your filter so it disturbs the waters' surface and not the middle. :)

Everyone is ok this morning. The shark is back to himself and so is everyone else.
