I actually bought a female adult like you described last week because I had never seen anything like her before.

Hmm... a semi-wagtail? Odd. I've managed to come up with sort of the opposite, it randomly sprang out of a seemingly normal yellow tuxedo line... yellow tuxedos with black dorsal fin and red tail, and I mean BRIGHT red...

The odd things you find...

Are these ones you have hifins or with hifin lineage? I have heard before about people crossing a hifin into a standard wagtail line and somehow all of the dorsal fin genes of the hifin overriding the base, so you end up with a red high dorsal and then the wagtail gene still shows on the other unpaired fins. But this was posted on another forum in total gibberish and is quite possibly incorrect. I'm not up there in fin inheritance genetics...
