Ever Been Over Charged?

Well that's odd because if you look at the order history, you clearly only bought on of these fish. So it's the £22.73 + £14.50 postage.
Who exactly charged you for three ? Have you paid yet ?

This has happened to me.

What you have probably done is paid for the time three times.

If you look at your Paypal history you should either see one transaction for the £90 or three individual transactions at £30ish each.

Just contact the seller, explain that in error you have made payment three times and ask them to refund the 2 payments made in error.

This is why the make payment now button says only click once.

If it isn't resolved by the seller, email paypal support get them to confirm the error and then open a buyer dispute.

I don't understand pinkdolphin_113, why would you send the payment if you knew it was around 3x the amount that you should be paying? To be honest, you should have checked the invoice before sending the payment, but I'm sure the seller will be co-operative with you, if you contact him/her about your problem.

i did pay by debit card so there was noway to check wether or not i had been over charged.
i found out when i couldn't take any money out of my bank at all.
i shouldn't be charged for the other three fish and if so, it will all be sorted out tomorrow because i havent been able to do anything as i only had an hour saturday, its sunday today but it is monday tomorrow
i have been very optamistic with this problem and not thinking of the worst.
i need to phone the company up and place a delivery time and i need to go to my bank and sort out whats gone wrong.
im back on the good road!

ok well i just phoned fish4u and they told me that i had been over charge but only had to pay for one transaction. also, they had charged me for the wrong fish! they put me down for 3 golden nugget plecostomus. thats why it didnt add up right. and to put on top of all this confusion, they had ran out of stock of the golden pleco! on the ebay thingy it says theres 499 left but noooooooooo! not one left.

dont shop at tropicalfish4u!!

I have to say, I bought a Queen arabesque from them. I used their regular web site. The service I received was excellent, the fish I am extremely pleased with. The only problem I had was that I put my card number where my name should have gone Dehhhh. I had to phone and change this, they were excellent over the phone aswell. I am really surprised at your problems, they did not seem like that kind of company when I bought queenie.
