Enough Light?

I now have 2 of these lights on my 50 gallon tank, for a total of 216W. Do I have low or medium light?

I have the homemade set up all ready, just need to mix it up and place it in there. I am having problems figuring out what to use for a diffuser. I currently have an air stone, but I have read that I can plug the end of my airline with a piece of chopstick or even cigarette filter. Still on the fence about this one so co2 could be another few days
