Enlightening On Lights (Heh...pun Kinda)

Looking for a little something for my 20tall tank (17 1/2 in tall, 24in long, 12 in wide i think) that i can slap on top (its not going to be covered because of driftwood poking out) that will put me into that highlight range (yes i will have co2 injection). Im looking at an amazon biotype, so i plan on the foreground being sand thats covered in dwarf hairgrass and the other half of the tank with a nutrative pea gravel for stem and rooting plants! So high light for a 20gallon tall tank. I know id like a t5 fixture just need to find out which one that can hold enough bulbs or what bulbs ill need....so thats where i need help! Any ideas or input would be great thanks!

hahaha hey there Mik! I was first thinking of putting a flourescent raccoon over the top of my tank... but later thought that wouldnt work (inside joke if anyone else was wondering)
