doing my quick look for bettas I saw endlers never seen them in real life they are so beautiful...I forgot to look at the bettas

Hahahaha! That's how I work at the fish store too. I go to look at one thing and end up looking at and buying a whole slew of other things.

Their are many endler/guppy crosses, they have more colour and get a larger size then true endlers and it's what 90% of shops sell. Well infact i dont think i've seen true endlers in shops yet.

O yes endler's are very very cool!! My boyfriend has some and i'm looking forward to eventually getting some!
Yeah there is a debate going on as to whether or not endlers are a member related to guppies or if they are not even close.

Yeah there is a debate going on as to whether or not endlers are a member related to guppies or if they are not even close.

The Debate has been running scince 1975 when Dr John Endler collected them for the hobby.
But it was closed last year as endlers have beeb classed as a new species and Not a guppy (I was in the gappy camp though)
Its Poecilia wingei is the name given to it. However it will cross breed with guppies and dose so easily.
