Endlers guppy resting on banana plant leaf

First fish that i have seen resting on surfaces. The other fish float all the time.

So i sometimes wonder if the fish feel trapped here in the container. And i justify fish keeping by saying to myself well there are creatures out there that would eat these fish if they were to be free and go exploring the world ya know. Then I began to ponder what if it is so difficult to travel to space and beyond because some entity is saying to us there are things out here that will eat you guys, just stay where you are on Earth.

Well, overhere at my place, endlers and also other fish do rest on leaves as well... And some fry do hide on top of a leaf from time to time.
