I've done a search here but I can't find the answer to this question so....do endlers rip up or eat plants? I've got the little 5g and I had to take the dwarf gourami back to the LFS yesterday. He was a cute little bugger but he kept ripping up my twisted vals, tore a couple of holes in the onion plant leaves too. So back he went. I need to put something in there and I was thinking of endlers. If they tear up plants then I want to know before I go and get them.....(if they do then I'll just do a male betta in there)
Thanks for your help :)

Nope - I have them in my high tech planted tank. They do not touch the plants. Never ever.
